Customers who change their minds may request a voluntary return within seven calendar days after receiving their order, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
The customer pays the direct return courier cost for a voluntary change-of-mind return.
Opened or used bottles are not eligible under this voluntary offer for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.
Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable South African consumer legislation, including applicable statutory cancellation rights and remedies for defective, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
The unopened condition, voluntary request window and customer-paid courier rule do not determine or limit statutory remedies. Contact us about defective, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods even if the bottle has been opened. Applicable rights and remedies depend on the circumstances and legislation; the voluntary offer is additional to them.
Email hello@petersmanjak.com with your order reference and contact details, or use the product enquiry form. For a product problem, briefly describe the issue. No reason is required merely to exercise an applicable statutory cancellation right.
Ask for the return address and shipping instructions before dispatch. This is practical guidance, not a waiver of statutory rights or a requirement for discretionary permission to exercise them. Keep proof of your request and any parcel dispatch. Do not send payment-card details or medical records.
Returns, cancellations and refunds will be handled under the terms and statutory time limits applicable to the transaction. Contact us for the return/refund process relevant to your order.
